*It is especially suitable for the welding of miniature relay coils and inductance coils using fine enameled wires, which greatly improves the pass rate and reliability of fine wire welding.
*Specially designed arc control system to ensure accurate arc combustion, so that the arc welding consistency is good, the surface is smooth and the heat affected area is small.
*Precision micro-arc welding is suitable for welding between the same and dissimilar metals, and also suitable for welding and repairing high-temperature refractory metals. Replacing solder in the electronics industry not only reduces costs, reduces pollution, and improves efficiency, but also solves the problem of virtual soldering caused by soldering.
*MVAW3000 can even dispense with expensive shielding gas in the application of small weldments with high copper content.

Working Principle
The MVAW3000 precision micro arc welding machine uses a precise control of energy and current generated by arc discharge to melt the welded spot and fuse metal materials together. The process of forming a solder joint (spot welding) after condensation, thereby obtaining a firm joint. The continuous strong discharge phenomenon in the gas medium between the workpiece and the tungsten electrode is called an arc. During welding, the temperature of the central part of the arc can reach 5000 to 8000 ℃, and the temperature of the two electrodes can reach 3500 to 4200 ℃. The arc burns between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece, while the electrode acts only as a current conductor and arc carrier (permanent electrode), with almost no loss. Under inert gas protection, the tungsten electrode needs to be sanded once for an average of 10000 spot welds to remove the oxide layer from the surface.
The MVAW3000 micro arc welding machine can accurately control the current and energy of the arc, thereby achieving accurate control of the welding effect.
