VK815 Ethernet /USB acquisition card

    VK815 is an Ethernet/USB high-speed data acquisition card with 4 channels of true differential input, 24 bit resolution, a single channel maximum sampling rate of 1.5 Msps, a total of 6 Msps for 4 channels of synchronization, precise pre gain amplification, Gigabit Ethernet transmission unit, and integrated IEPE/ICP hardware support. This product uses multiple high-precision 24-bit ADC units and a front-end differential amplifier module developed in cooperation with our company's accumulation over the years, making it suitable for various occasions of precision high-speed acquisition due to its advantages of high speed, high resolution, high accuracy, ultra-low noise, high rejection ratio, wide measurement range, and low temperature drift. The collector is internally integrated with the Linux system, and the application layer interface is open to users, enabling flexible and easy redevelopment of embedded applications. The acquisition card supports Ethernet interface/USB interface communication, SD offline data storage, and we also support highly customized services.

IEPE mode description

    This acquisition card integrates IEPE/ICP hardware functions.
    The acquisition card is internally integrated with a 24V power supply unit, a constant current drive, and a receiving unit, and each channel can be individually switched to the commonly used "analog input mode" or "IEPE mode" through software settings.
    In IEPE mode, the output is 24V 4mA (compatible with 2mA), and the relative ADC input is in an AC coupled input state.
    Four channels can be independently switched and controlled.
    Differential input connection can further reduce transmission interference.

Input port connects to IEPE sensor

    For IEPE sensors, AGND serves as the negative end of the input, and AIN+ serves as the positive end of the input.

    *VK815-Pro is single-ended mode without additional BNC connection. You can directly enable the IEPE.

PC software

    The collector VK815 can work independently with power supply. It uses TCP/IP protocol for data transmission through network cables to exchange data with various receiving terminals.
    We have the corresponding test software, convenient for users to test directly.

Collection card software description

The VK815 Ethernet/USB data acquisition card can work in common operating systems such as WIN11/Win10/WIN7, LINUX, and provides a dynamic link library called by common programming languages such as Python, VB, VC, C #, C++Builder, VB, Delphi, Labview/Labwindows, and Matlab. The programming function interface is simple and easy to use, and it is easy to write applications. It provides routines such as Python, VB, VC, C#, C++Builder, VB, Delphi, Labview/Labwindows, and Matlab.
